Suggestion Alexhoff1 NPC

I believe an NPC of Alexhoff1 should be made in the Trade dirstict. He is a menace to all Trade District shop owners. We must warn them, before he finds their mistakes. He should have a sign next time to him saying something like "Caution: Alexhoff1 lurks here".

Hmm, you have a good point, maybe we should dangle a piece of gold above Alex's head to distract him so the players can read it. Flawless.
