Account whitelisted or no?

I can't seem to determine if my accounts whitelisted or if my client is just broken. Can a moderator/admin verify this for me?

If you received a pm saying it was whitelisted - its whitelisted - if not than more than likely no.

Well the problem is that I was whitelisted before the heroes plug-in was added. When I try to connect it says Server is full. Would that mean i'm still whitelisted?

You were probably not added due to the Whitelist actually being disabled during the Public Heroes test.
