If your a caster and you use a spell that depletes your mana in a pvp fight your pretty much screwed, especially against fights that are with Rangers since rangers don't have any limit to how many arrows they can shoot.
Lapis Lazuli could have a new use, for any class that uses mana. It could be edible or usable to give you mana back depending on what class you are, and spells you have.
A lot of spells from what I notice take away a lot of mana since when you level your mana doesn't increase, and waiting for your mana to replenish can screw you over when your in a pvp fight against someone that doesn't have that drawbacks like mana users have so having something handy that could give you mana would be helpful.
Also something else that could be useful would be imbuing lapis lazuli on a Caster weapon like where it could increase spell damaged for a certain period of time, which would be useful.
The only item that's out there which can give you mana is cookies which can only be made from cocoa beans which can only be found in dungeons, making it a hard to obtain which is unfair since you can just harvest anything like a wheat and make it into bread and get heath back, in a matter of seconds.
Since Lapis Lazuli is a semi-rare ore to obtain but common enough it would be a good choice to give Mana also it doesn't have many uses to start with.
Lapis lazuli could give mana users a fair advantage and also make Lapis lazuli have a better purpose.
