I agree with glacial 20s cd, lets balance out the class not slightly tweak it, chakra will be come less spamable. Btw the way disciple is now it doesnt belong in a support class, its to much of a strong offensive class.

You guys also need to remember that Chakra is not the only thing being nerfed/changed. I think we should wait until we can actually test it because the argument right now is more or less based on opinions.
