A balance of Engineers

Keeping this short and simple.
Firstly, This is from the perspective of a level 35-ish engineer

For those not in the know, engineers get the ability to use "integrated circuits" for redstone wiring, which have the advantage of taking the place of the bulky circuitry needed for some of the more complicated things. they also cause minimal lag.

There are 2 types of theses ICs:
Triggered: will perform an action when redstone touching the IC changes states
Non-triggered: will perform an action on an interval (involves detection ICs that check for a certain something at an interval specified by the server)

The problem I see is that Non-triggered ICs dont't work. None of them. We're supposed to get them at level 40 but they just simply don't activate. I don't know about the code, but I believe either kainzo has disabled them for lag reasons or it's getting broken by another plugin.

What I would like is for pistons to be lowered to level 40, with level 50 left open for some potentially awesome skill down the road, because while they ARE powerful, I can substitute a mason bridge for almost everything piston related (almost). Therefor I don't think it's level 50 powerful.

Please post your opinion on this below, whether it be for or against the change. I'd like to see some other perspectives on this matter.

we haven't disabled non-triggers in the code or the plugin.. if they dont work, perhaps they are being done/setup wrong? or the dev himself has them disabled?

@Kainzo I've tested falsebook on a private server it all the ICs seem to work fine, for example toggled wireless doesnt work on herocraft but it doesn when I have it, and I got neo to set up 2 self triggered ICs that I've tested, and they didnt work either. I do know he set it up right because it filled in the name of the IC and stuff Wish I could tell you what's wrong but I don't code, so no idea.
I've tested it with the latest version and some version from june or july or something.
Would suck if you can't get them to work, but oh well

I do know he set it up right because it filled in the name of the IC and stuff Wish I could tell you what's wrong but I don't code, so no idea.

We've not adjusted anything on falsebook out of the ordinary.

Strange, maybe it's some conflict with another plugin. Doesn't bother me too much that they dont work, I just wish I got something useful between 30-50. Wonder if any of the coders can make it work. I wouldn't describe as top priority but it would be nice.

It's possible its the permission nodes failing - but why it would just be self-triggered doesnt make any sense.
