    Well its not very clear. Am I supposed to include all characters of my name (a character includes numbers and letters) or only letters? It doesn't specify.

    Yes, that should be correct. 5 is the first character of my name, and it contains 12 characters including letters in total. - HC512 - is it supposed to be this: HCC12? or HC59?
