    Overworld leveling with the proper algorithm on spawning could work. Otherwise we cap the server at 100 players (absolute max) with the amount of entities pulled from overworld spawns. Its complete shit. Our system needs reworks and changes, I'll agree.

    I also agree, I think that the 30 block rule is arbitrary at this point. If admins/mods want to police it. I'm fine with that, this is really a staff decision if they can actually keep up with the workload.
