Haha, I agree that this is pretty straight forward and sensible rule. It would benefit the players who put time and effort into making a town, and punish the players who have put in zero effort and only intend to trololol townspeople. If the rules won't disallow this, then perhaps we need to think of another rule or game mechanic which will better allow us to deal with outlaws and the like. Thinking caps, go!- RedKhan

Stealing from your own town needs to be illegal.
It's pretty easy to obey the rules and do no wrong for a test period, before robbing your new townsfolk blind. It's just a way of getting around the regioning system in order to steal for profit, or just to grief.- RedKhan
