    Suggestion Bounties revamp.

    I don't think bounties should allow pvp in pve areas as people may just place bounties, stalk the person for 10 minutes, then distroy the person for their things. Perhaps once their bounty gets over 1000 souls they could be attacked anywhere, just to keep people from hunting players in pve areas...

    I think ninjas should have more movement abilities like backflip. In stead of garote, which is almost like kick, there should be a movement ability, like dashing. Smoke should give a movement speed bonus for its duration. Blitz should cause you to move faster for its warmup so it seems more like...
