    As malikdanab said earlier, there isn't anyone motivated enough/someone with enough freetime to focus on the balance team while having permission to push changes on test server. I suggest balance team have access to test server and be able to use commands to adjust the existing skills and stats...

    Issue solved. Players need to have the flag perm called "container" to use chests/dispensers/furnaces.

    So I heard some update happened with residences and now I can't place chests in the residence I use which I DO have perms to. I can place blocks and open other chests and stuff, but I can't place chests. This is the message given when I try to place a chest. I am able to place chests fine...
