    hellgate is the only way which is by a lvl 50 necromancer. HOWEVER, if there happens to be a lvl 30+ wizard already in the nether, they can group port you to the nether for the same price mentioned above

    wizard level 20 port skill

    funny thing actually, the instance i talked about with me not being able to port someone with me, was when we were both in the nether. i got ported to spawn, they stayed in the nether. i was then able to groupport them out of the nether from spawn.
