    If you switch from crafter to a combat class your shops will still be there and you can still access them. I think you can destroy the shops aswell but I'm not sure about that.

    It takes 5 seconds to bandage but I dont think the monks bandage spell should be the same as the first bandage spell that you get when you're a healer. I think it should be a little better since you've specialized and all that.
