    This is a way better idea then quests, and more fun then just 1 time a day and less glitchy. Come on I loved mas and this is a way way of doing it to make it more rpg and make everyone happy.

    PvP doesn't have to be melee.... Fireball is considered a player vs player activity since he is attack you and you were running at him trying to get him. What you should have done, is use smoke, snuck up behind him, blackjacked, kicked, when he deepfreezed you you should have used escapeartist...

    I also had a circumstance were confuse helped me get away, But both are situational and should not resolve in game changes.
