    Bug Repeated timeouts

    I understood that to get back your full complement of free LWCs (donor perk) it is necessary to unlock all your LWCs and start again. I unlocked all my LWCs today. /climits seems to indicate my tier has been upgraded to 8, which means 6 free LWCs. However I was charged 200c (the tier 7 rate)...
