    Hp stuck

    I switched to warrior and my hp has not increased at all as I've leveled up. It stays at 58 hp. I don't if this is higher or lower than the starting hp for warrior. :/

    2% chance for hits to miss, .20 chance increase per level. Increase the survival rate of rogue specs since we get crap armor and hp.

    What is the success rate of this skill? I've used it like 30 times on the same person now and it has always failed. Do specific conditions need to be met to actually make the skill do something besides take up a bind item?
