    I spy 2 flaws, Silence CD, and HP intensive, but give them a second higher level 'Drain' skill (like Drainsoul) and they should be good to go. Perhaps a 1 HP drain DoT and gives you a 2 HP per DoT, or a passive skill that heals you for 3-5% all the damage you do. e.g. Leach - Inflict a...

    Seeing as I see this item being unused in the future, this is my idea for an Exp potion. 1) Level 50-75 reward for all MAs. 2) Levels you up 1 time, it "tops off" your exp, so 1 potions won't overflow into another level. 3) Unthrowable, its a click event like pre-foodbar Food.
