    There was just over 200c in the Braavos Town Bank a day or two ago. There is now 0c, yet no coin could have or would have been withdrawn since it is below the weekly tax amount, and it still isn't even due.

    An easy way to combat this is that every 5 or so levels you unlock a new skill slot. You can only buy 2 or 3 skills from a set list that are somewhat similar. At the next 5 levels you have a choice of 2 or 3 different skills. So on and so forth. This will give variety, but will still restrict...
