Age restrictions.
There really is no age limit on staff positions from what I've seen. You get the position based on how fit they see you are for it. Sure, being under 15 will make it harder to get the position but for the most part they just promote those who are ready. But if you want to go by what it is... -

If this costs you too much bandwidth then don't worry about it. :P It's nothing we NEED. Sure it's a cool thing but if it's putting too much on you then take it down. It's not gonna hurt us if we don't have an online status thing in our signature. haha -
