    On a new note. Windhelm is off-limits for Imperium raiding. All townies are to STAY AWAY from Windhelm. Riften is Different, they are still a Go for raiding. Anyone Caught around or Inside of Windhelm will be questioned and scolded. Take this as your only warning.

    EDITED 1. make the skill "one" have less duration, higher CD. - I Could see this. 2. change eviscerate to do 130-150 damage through armor. - Or make it NOT ignore armor. 3. get rid of kicks silence, I understand they are the anti-caster, but this is used for almost EVERY fight, regardless...
