    If you're from EU and have a bit of lag, it is really hard to not hit the cap. For example: Bash, if you try to get it work (Invalid target bug) you hit the cap, which makes it so that you can't use your other skills. This means that you can only 2 things: 1. Use bash, have spam delay. 2...
