    While we are on the subject of skills not working, Decay alone does not trigger a NoPvP logger to spawn from the player hit :(

    As the title says, the new skill for Dreadknights, SoulLeech will not cast on a target. I have tried binding the skill, I have tried typing it out with the target directly in front of my with no success, so Kainzo told me to make a bug report for it.
