So back when it was the same lesser amount to master out of Crafter as it was out of Rogue/Warrior/Healer/Caster, it was because those 5 classes were ALL tier 1, and all the specs - both professions and combat specs - were ALL tier 2.     Yeah, Xargun, and that's the main reason I gave up on Ranger. ;) I've swapped to a class that enables me to kill my own cows. Before then I was roping in town mates to do it for me. Which is also doable, of course.
