    Healing others with bandage is a pain, because you have to keep your targeting reticle on them, even when they're moving to heal them. The old insta-bandage would eliminate this problem. Also, you forgot to mention the skill Chakra.

    Yeah, nopvp roads would be just a tad bit extreme. How about new players get some aura like "you are protected by the gods" for about 5 minutes after they leave spawn for the first time?
