    Warm-up timers are broken

    As the title states, warm-up timers are busted. When you cast a a spell with one it will finish it's timer and not cast until you attempt to cast the spell again. This is allowing players to hold spells, like bolt, pulse, Icy aura, ect and bombard players in quick burst.
