    Outside of the Nexus..? But the Nexus is at spawn... right? Or did they change that? But if it's at spawn, like I'm almost 100% it is, then only an Architect|Mod|Admin|Zo|WhoeverTheCrapElseIForgot should be able to change it... so I'm assuming it's allowed? Angyles ? :s
