I thought maybe a /skill sneak like ability when miners are under y=32, so that they can not be killed as easy by random people. This of course breakes in combat and when you get above y=32 to prevent it from being used when not mining.- what777

1 thing I'm wondering is though how people that get banned for 2 weeks a month before CAN apply and get accepted, and people that get demoted not... especially since any rule breaking would result in getting demoted (happend to me with Proctor, wasn't even a ban).
