    You'll be able to accept apps and invite people to town. Only the mayor has the ability to add people to regions (I think.)

    For lore* reasons maybe make this a finisher skill? Something along the lines that it deals more damage the weaker you are (last stand skill) the weaker your opponent is (assassinate skill) or combination (final clash). It would make most sense for the damage to pierce armor. *By lore I mean...
