    All mods except for the ones inside of Neo_ex deaths mod pack are illegal. The mod you described is not allowed to be used at this time. However I don't see why we can't use this one. Seems fine enough. You'll have to recommend this mod to Kainzo and see if he approves to adding it to the list.
