    If Skill trees were implemented into HeroCraft, this is how I think it would work. When a person levels up they gain a number of skill points to spend on skills or feats. How many skill points (SP) achieved per level.... The amount of SP you earn is based on your level, until reaching level 10...

    I think some randomness is good. For Critical Strikes and such. (If you don't like random abilities, don't rely on them. When it comes to chance always expect the the worse, so the good feels much better.)

    How is this odd? Plenty of other games use this Skill Tree method, look at the Tier 3 classes thread. (I just found.)

    OK a small post, I would like to state I would like a higher level cap, and with a slightly different skill learning approach. First of all, it seems with battles right now they almost never last long, if a warrior is on you within 10 seconds your dead. If all classes had more HP it would be...

    Makes more sense to me if it was a Non-Combat skill, to hide from an attacker for casters. Would be a cool beguiler skill, maybe beguilers could turn party members into animals and mob as well?

    I forgot to add one skill, Beguiler Skill: Kainzo's Sword. The user summons a magical floating sword which attacks nearby mob and enemies. Lasts for 30 seconds.

    I disagree, with skills like Light and Ultravision, it makes it easy to see. However, the light is not permanent and won't prevent mobs from spawning once the miner has left.
