From the fast skimming of this thread I did I see you saying it isn't based on luck wether your jump decides to work or not, I just had to say it is just the stupid Nocheat's fault and there's no way around it.     I guess, House of Cards isn't intended to make you laugh though. Quality wise they are both good in my oppinion, personally can't wait for S2 of House of Cards and hopefully a S5 of AD.

    Already watched it, and that is like comparing apples to pears. AD is humor, HoC is more dark and serius. Both series are good, anyways just a reccomendation.
