    In DG and Bastion, bard had slowness IV. It was pretty overpowered to be honest, I think slowness IV would be too much. Also, at the start of Bastion accelerando was speed IV. Not really relevant, but I found it hilarious that speed IV and quake pro flips your screen upside down.

    Talked to @jake332211 , and to the rework I would like to add basically healingchorus, but it heals a LOT more to teammates and has lower costs.
