    I don't think taking away mobility is the way to go, that's what makes a dragoon a dragoon. They also had pretty bad stamina issues before their costs were lowered. Cut the pull on spear and yank disarm. I feel taking the pull will help lessen a goons control in a 1v1, and the removal of disarm...
