    Suggestion About Town Cap

    Maybe some sort of online timer could be implemented - I think someone else mentioned this before. A town has to log so many active hours in a week between all its members or its like missing a payment. So if 2 weeks in a row they don't meet the online activity requirement the town loses regions...

    Perhaps instead of subtracting from the actual town bank it puts a lien on the town and they cannot upgrade until its paid off - so it has to be paid eventually if the town ever wants to expand. For small towns of 6-10 people who don't care if they ever become anything other than a hamlet it...

    I think this is a good idea. Also possibly allow them to disenchant an item and turn it into a book - so you can disenchant that fire aspect sword into a book and then place it on a shovel :) Make the books like a level 20 skill and the disenchant part at 30 with normal disenchant - or perhaps 40.

    One advantage to a system like this is that you can cause inactive towns to disappear faster. Say Town A is huge and wants to make another sister town but all the town slots are full. Town B has 1 semi-active player - not even the mayor - and has 5k in the bank. It will take months for that town...

    Perhaps Greyson needs a set refresh schedule - like the first of each month ? This will allow players to play, build and do whatever and pushes them to get whitelisted - as every month everything is reset. The only problem I see is people who are not old enough to be whitelisted yet.

    Bug Last Login site

    The last login site (hc.to/lastlogin) is vastly out of date. The date on it is correct but several people who have been inactive for a while but are active now are still showing several months since last login. I just checked myself and I log in daily and it said I was last seen on March 8th.

    Quick Question - easy thing for either side to do is keep no money in the town bank. You only need money in the bank once a week for taxes and other than that there is no reason to keep money in the bank. Even if it costs 1000c to build it, you deposit the 1000c build the outpost and once again...
