Suggestion [Druid] - RampartVine, but for water!
I understand where you are coming from on this, but I don't think that this is what druid needs. Right now druid is already incredibly powerful when fighting in water. I understand this from a mobility perspective, but the cooldown you listed for this seems unreasonable - having to not deal with...- PewPewPewLasers

Suggestion IceVolley Change
I'm not sure if this is uncommon, but the only time I find Icevolley to be efficient is when someone is coming after me; when someone is charging at me, the slow, while it may not be incredibly powerful, it still helps to land more arrows. I agree with the changes you suggested.- PewPewPewLasers
