    Not taking any sides here but last time I checked this was broken and people couldn't modify the srm regions even if they were owner. (If this was fixed then ignore this :p ) Unless anyone can verify you can. /srm

    @EtKEnn did this last map. He tried to be an NPC. heh I agree that maybe staff should start promoting the rpg a tad more but I don't see anyone who actively plays taking the time to do this. Especially because you can do this right now without any fancy title.

    As far as I know, there are no specific perms group that has the ability to PE. It's something everyone has. If that truly isn't the case then it's a bug.
