No it doesnt xD u tell it what mods to use, it uses what ever is in ur mods folder it comes with no mods bruteI use it i have all the mods that were in modpack and nothing else xD- Demonishboy

Why dont people use Magic Launcher (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/939149-launcher-magic-launcher-117-mods-options-profiles-news/) it makes mods easy to install :D- Demonishboy
