    Try to download the texture just once and then, to use it as a normal texture, go into .minecraft, find the texture-packs-mp (I think that's what it's called, just look for a folder with both texture and mp in the name), find the HeroCraftEld file, and drag it to your normal texture pack folder.

    Why not have The Walls be like a skirmish on the regular server, with a command to join? Will Neutral be a yellow name or something, or are you getting rid of that altogether? Can you go a little more in-depth on a few of these mods, as I've never heard of them?
