    I dont think HealingChorus is intended to be used as a healing spell, so it wouldnt make sense to buff the heal. I believe it dispels debuffs on team, which is what its for.

    Suggestion Master Wizards LOTS of Damage. Lower level wizards maybe a change or two.

    Low level Wizards cant kite well, yet when I was a base Caster, I would win most of duels (tbh harder to kite in them) I was in with just Fireball. If you truly cant kite without Blink, I would probably be a god with it.

    I disagree, because I would find what you suggest would change every class a lot and would possibly require some balancing (only possibly), and all that would just be a bit unnecessary trouble. Its like trying to eat a horse when you are aldready full.
