    Ah, it's just a bug with changing classes. Some town mates lost rune blade when they changed. I believe internally it's still tracked, and if not, I'm pretty sure an admin can check your required classes.

    There's a passive PvE damage multiplier that increases per level. Even before attack timers, classes did more damage vs mobs @ 60 (Both Skills and Melee have their own Multipliers).
