[Skill] Jump tweaks
How about you just move the level you have to be for dragoon jump higher like level 30-40ish, so not dragoon will have it only the determined will have the skill. I saw a lot of low level dragoons that just got level ten and just stayed their the whole map just because jump was the only thing...- look_out
