    @c12095 I did some research, I'm fairly confident the Spawn egg creates an Enderdragon. It's a hacked item obtained through entering some odd data value. Which would mean it's the ultimate raid tool, which makes sense (that an egg would be given) since Kainzo just buffed enderdragons.
