    I removed the ring today. You really need to get some citizens. a mayor, a sic and a citizen is not enough for a town. I did leave the protections for now since the post is frequently updated but if you do not obtain 8 more citizens soon they will be removed.

    New requirement for Citizen List

    All township threads are required to number the citizen list. This is to make the list easier to read and to find errors. Remember that the mayor of the town is not counted in the list so list them as 0 or not in the actual list.
