    Firebus is right, we didn't focus on upgrades for a while, so Mineris was a city before Paragon. Still we got capital before anyone else, and Malkier and Mineris aren't exactly super active...

    Prolly a lot less than that, you can grow them in Bastion really easily, and they have a limited use, along with dropping a bunch of them at once. My guess is 1c/stack
