Read the rules carefully. Normal enforcement will not apply for you. I'll give you a first and second warning, on a 3rd, which is normally a 3day suspension, you're gone. -

Everything you just listed is printed in the last rules posting. Ignorance has never worked with me. If it seems like an asshole thing to do, then don't do it. It's amazing how far a simple rule like that will get people in life. -
