    Bug Can't use skills on creepers at spawn.

    Because creeper explosions are turned off in regioned areas you it also disable using skills on creepers you can still hit them but skills do not work against them.

    There is a sign located on the spawn plot saying the duration you have it for and the cost underneath its like 250c per 7days i think.
