    ok this may sound weird but to expand on bingys idea have maybe something like the runescape skill dungeoneering. Where the higher the lvl to tougher and more complex dungeons you can do which requires more skills

    so each nugget is worth 1c becuase a gold ingot is nine nuggets. Last mapp you would get 1-3c per mob kill. 1-3 Times 9=9-27c per nine mobs. With gold nuggets we only get 9c per nine mobs. I don't mind this but the drop rate must be increased.
