    Understood. I believe this change will weed out the more lazy players and leave us with the more interested and committed players to make our town ever more enjoyable to be a part of.

    Ohhh so I guess maybe it would end up being just a little slow nomatter where you get recall, alright then, The only other thing i can think of then is putting recall at lvl 15 and getting the totem and shocking strike both before, but that might mess with the balance or something so oh well.
