    This we effectively has this skill in back in the old runecraft days back in Kingdom and early Sanctum but it got removed due to it being so. This is just a balancing method and to focus the skill as a space clearer and not as a resource mining tool.

    Playing stupid isn't going to help your case. You helped your friend Wolf100rex griefed the area around another group of player's house with wood planks, cobble walls as well as leaving offensive signs. This is a 3 day suspension and I'll not be lifting it early.

    How about an ability to mine 3x3 in short bursts with a shortish cooldown at the cost of not gaining resources. This could help with digging under-cities etc and give miners more useful abilities actually related to digging. So you would mine block (X) and all of the surrounding blocks (O)...

    In theory this shouldn't occur as a player shouldn't be building within 100 blocks of a town anyway. But in the case of a personal residence being absorbed by a town the players that live there must be given the option to be grandfathered into the town or given time to move.
