    Ninja does not need a way to reduce damage, we are squishy melee assassins not tanky swordsman. What ninja needs is a way to deal damage outside of backstabs (impossible against any skilled player) and the 30 second cooldown eviscerate + blitz combo (blitz is a bitch to get off)

    The initial blast of Darkbolt deals the (50+1.5 per intellect point) that is listed in the tooltip, the damage over time effect of withering does indeed only do 1 damage a tic as intended. I'm pretty sure this is working as intended, not 100% positive though

    Slowness would be very nice and might be that extra something that the skill needs to make it worthwhile Blind is odd on a melee class because if you are in range to blind someone then they can still see you when they are blinded rendering it pretty much useless
