    Chakra has the same problem as escape artist. It can't remove any slows.

    Recently I have noticed that chakra does not get rid of slow. When it is used, heroes says the slow is gone but it remains. This also extends to root which now has a slow effect. I think it has something to do with the removal of slow not affecting the minecraft slow the mechanics have switched...
